- Do not pick up the printer by the two handles on the Hat.
- Complete the Hotend and Heat Bed installation first, if you have either. Install and wire the TYSON Hat last so that the cables are not crushed.
- While routing the hotend cables, the wires may not stay in place between steps. Please note what position they are supposed to be in and be sure they are properly aligned when reattaching the circuit board.
Follow Hotend installation and Heat Bed installation.
- Lubricate the XYZ motion systems much more frequently if the chamber is above 60°C.
- The high temperature sticker will change color with TYSON Hat usage.
WARNING: Complete all necessary hardware modifications before setting to high temperatures. Never block the side fans of the TYSON Hat.
See Chamber Heater Settings.
The current dashboard allows the chamber fan speed to be changed. Choose Quiet, Normal, Fast, or Turbo, then click Save Settings. Automatic cooling can keep the fan running after heating stops. Remember Fan State Across Power Cycles saves the manual on/off preference; it does not disable automatic cooling.
